University of Regina: Inspiring Leadership Forum

Inspiring leadership Forum presented by TD — Thursday, March 5, 2026
The University of Regina’s 2026 Inspiring Leadership Forum is a premier leadership development event that is focused on women — bringing people together from Saskatchewan and beyond to hear the inspiring stories of internationally renowned leaders, and to connect with colleagues and peers.

The 2026 Forum is on Thursday, March 5, 2026 and our theme is Breaking New Ground — celebrating women who drive innovation to create meaningful change with big, bold ideas: Kyla Guru is revolutionizing cybersecurity, digital privacy, and AI through her company and global initiatives, with an aim to bridge the gender gap in STEM. Sarah and Emma Eagle Heart, twins from the Oglala Lakota Nation, effect meaningful change through their storytelling, advocacy, and leadership in Indigenous women-led initiatives. And we’re pleased to announce a new addition to the 2026 Forum – Christine Sinclair. One of the most successful soccer players to ever compete for Canada. Appointed an officer of the Order of Canada, she is a vocal advocate for gender equality

RaiseHER Co. will be showcasing the She’s Here Mentorship Program at this event and launching a waitlist for the 2027 Program! Looking forward to seeing you there!

Global Connections - Rethinking Collaboration: From Programs to Ecosystems

Hosted by the Saskatchewan Council for International Cooperation

This event is for anyone who works in community, nonprofit, advocacy, or systems-level change and has ever felt frustrated by silos, competition, or duplicated efforts.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this session, RaiseHER Co. will share how we approach partnership differently by treating community as infrastructure, not an audience. Together, we will explore how trust-based, justice-centred collaboration can move us beyond individual programs and toward stronger, more connected ecosystems. You will leave with a fresh lens on partnership, a clearer understanding of where scarcity thinking may be limiting impact, and practical ways to build coordination instead of polite collaboration.

If you care about long-term, sector-wide change, this conversation is for you.

Wednesday, March 25 | 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Bushwakker Brewpub (Arizona Room), Regina

supporting others

partnerships

Throughout the year, RaiseHER Co. partners with local organizations that support the well-being of women in our community and align with our mission and vision. We give back in various ways, including donating financially, raising awareness, fundraising and volunteering.

It’s essential that while we support local organizations, non-profits, events and initiatives that support the well-being and advancement of women, we also support and partner with local businesses that do the same!

Are we a fit?! We think so because, like us, your business...

  • Is locally-operated

  • Makes a point of employing, empowering + developing leaders

  • Offers a product or service that promotes personal wellness and confidence-building

There is no cost to partner with us—all we ask is for a special perk for our community to use in your shop/studio/establishment to continue to support you!
