fractional leadership

Fractional leadership support for organizations ready to build stronger communications, connection, and community impact.

Support that meets you where you are

Not every organization needs a full-time executive to lead inclusive communications, community engagement, or partnership work, but many do need experienced support to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to the table. That is where we come in.

RaiseHER Co. offers flexible, senior-level support for nonprofits, associations, public-facing organizations, post-secondary institutions, community initiatives, and purpose-led teams that are growing, evolving, or navigating change. We help organizations strengthen their voice, deepen trust, and build the kind of internal capacity that creates lasting impact.

At RaiseHER Co., we know that meaningful change takes more than good intentions. It takes thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, clear communication, and leaders who can help move the work forward.

Through fractional and consulting support, we partner with organizations that need senior-level guidance in communications, branding, public relations, partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising, and community engagement without bringing on another full-time hire.

How we work

why raiseher Co.?

RaiseHER Co. has spent years building programs, events, partnerships, and opportunities that uplift women and girls across Saskatchewan through leadership development, connection, and community collaboration. That work has been made possible through strong relationships, thoughtful partnership design, and a commitment to creating spaces where people feel empowered to grow, advocate, and lead.

Our work is grounded in more than professional experience alone. It is rooted in years of showing up for community, building relationships across sectors, creating programs and spaces for leadership development, and doing the real work of advocacy, collaboration, and connection in practice.

When we support an organization, we are not bringing a one-size-fits-all approach. We are bringing strategy shaped by lived experience, communications informed by community, and leadership that understands both the heart of the work and the discipline it takes to carry it forward.

What services can RaiseHER Co. provide fractionally?

Do you only provide strategy, or can you help implement the work?

6

We do both. RaiseHER Co. can provide high-level strategy, but we also understand that a plan only matters if there is capacity to bring it to life.

Depending on the engagement, we can support messaging, communications calendars, campaign plans, content direction, public relations materials, partner communications, partnership outreach, sponsorship materials, event promotion, facilitation, and project leadership.

We help move the work from intention to action.

How is RaiseHER Co. different from a traditional marketing agency?

7

Traditional agencies often focus on defined deliverables, campaigns, creative production, or media buying. RaiseHER can support defined projects, but our approach is rooted in becoming a trusted extension of your leadership team.

We bring senior-level strategic counsel alongside practical implementation, with particular strengths in community engagement, public trust, relationship-building, inclusive communications, advocacy, partnerships, fundraising, sponsorship, and purpose-led storytelling.

Our work is also informed by years of building RaiseHER as a community-rooted leadership movement. We understand that meaningful communications are not only about being seen — they are about helping people feel connected, included, and moved to act.

What does it cost to work with RaiseHER Co.?

8

The cost of working with RaiseHER depends on the tasks involved, the timeline, the scope of work, and the level of leadership or delivery support required.

Some organizations need focused support for a campaign, event, communications plan, workshop, or partnership initiative. Others need ongoing fractional leadership across several months. Because every organization and engagement is different, we do not use one fixed rate or package for all clients.

The first step is to complete the Services Intake Form linked above on this page. Once we have reviewed your needs and agreed that moving to the next step makes sense, we will provide a quote based on the recommended scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and engagement model.

After you submit the Services Intake Form, we review your goals, organizational capacity, timeline, and the type of support you are seeking.

If there is alignment, we will contact you within 5 business days to discuss your needs further and determine whether it makes sense to move to the next step. This may include a discovery conversation, a recommended scope of work, or a proposal and quote.

We want to make sure the engagement is useful, realistic, and well suited to both your team and the work ahead.
