The curriculum is divided into three phases: RISE, RAISE, and RESHAPE. Each phase covers essential topics such as servant leadership, inclusive leadership, navigating crucial conversations, advocacy, allyship, and more, culminating in a comprehensive journey toward transformative leadership.

We conduct pre- and post-training surveys to assess learners' understanding of concepts, leadership challenges, and cultural gaps. Additionally, we track progression, action steps taken, corporate culture changes, and barriers to ensure the effectiveness of our training.

The cost is $300 per person per session, with a minimum of three sessions required, but we always want to make sure this education is accessible, so we have special pricing for non-profits and community groups. Just reach out!
