Inclusive leadership training that actually changes mindsets, behaviours & workplace culture.

Why The Rise Academy is different?

No more generic leadership training.

The Rise Academy helps leaders move beyond checkbox leadership behaviours and outdated command‑and‑control models, using a calling‑people‑in approach rooted in lived experience, justice‑centred leadership, and measurable cultural change.

The program is crafted for individuals at various stages of their leadership journey. Whether you are an aspiring leader, already at the helm of a team, or a C-suite leader with a dedicated cause seeking impactful change in your organization, our training caters to your unique needs and ambitions. Everyone is welcome to join us on a transformative path to leadership excellence.

What to expect?

  • Inclusive and intersectional by design, not as an add‑on.

  • Built and delivered by intergenerational leaders with real workplace scars, not just theory.

  • Focused on psychological safety, accountability, and “calling in,” not shame.

  • Measurable team culture impact with pre/post surveys and culture‑change metrics.

THE RISE APPROACH

The Rise Approach is grounded in intersectional, inclusive, trauma‑aware practices, so leaders learn how power, identity, differences and privilege really shape their teams - not just how to ‘manage’ them.

Our leadership training is designed to be engaging, practical, and genuinely impactful. Led by experienced facilitators, each phase blends real conversation, hands-on activities, and thoughtful strategies that leaders can actually use.

We believe every voice matters. That’s why all learners complete pre- and post-training surveys, helping us understand where gaps exist, tailor the experience, and measure real learning and impact. Worksheets and interactive tools support reflection and progress beyond the session.

The RISE Approach includes three learning phases. While completing all phases is encouraged for the greatest impact, it’s not required. Learners can choose the phase or phases that best align with their goals, with flexible pacing that allows space for learning, action, and meaningful change
