THE RISE APPROACH
Our leadership training designed to be engaging, practical, and genuinely impactful. Led by experienced facilitators, each phase blends real conversation, hands-on activities, and thoughtful strategies that leaders can actually use.
We believe every voice matters. That’s why all learners complete pre- and post-training surveys, helping us understand where gaps exist, tailor the experience, and measure real learning and impact. Worksheets and interactive tools support reflection and progress beyond the session.
The RISE Approach includes three learning phases. While completing all phases is encouraged for the greatest impact, it’s not required. Learners can choose the phase or phases that best align with their goals, with flexible pacing that allows space for learning, action, and meaningful change

PHASE 1: stepping into your own leadership journey

The curriculum is divided into three phases: RISE, RAISE, and RESHAPE. Each phase covers essential topics such as servant leadership, inclusive leadership, navigating crucial conversations, advocacy, allyship, and more, culminating in a comprehensive journey toward transformative leadership.

We conduct pre- and post-training surveys to assess learners' understanding of concepts, leadership challenges, and cultural gaps. Additionally, we track progression, action steps taken, corporate culture changes, and barriers to ensure the effectiveness of our training.

Pricing starts at $300 per person per phase and may vary depending on the level of customization required. We also offer special pricing for non-profits and community groups — just reach out to learn more.
There are no specific prerequisites to participate. Our programs are designed to support individuals at all stages of their leadership journey. A minimum group size of five participants is required to book a session.
